Service Description

The Level 3 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers is designed to provide managers and supervisors with the knowledge and confidence to promote positive mental health within their teams. Learners will develop an understanding of common mental health conditions, workplace wellbeing strategies and how to effectively support employees while creating a healthier, more productive working environment.
