The Level 2 Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness is designed to provide learners with a greater understanding of mental health and its impact on individuals, workplaces and communities. The course explores common mental health conditions, promotes positive wellbeing and equips learners with the confidence to support themselves and others while helping to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
