1. Intrduction
Welcome to Burgeonton Academy . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking and attendance of our training courses. By booking a course or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Course Booking
All course bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive conformation from Burgeonton Academy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
3. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via bank transfer and card payments. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule you booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date - full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course - no refund.

If we need to cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Attendance Requirements
All delegates must meet any stated course requirements. You must arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the course to be eligible for certification. We reserve the right to refuse certification if these requirements are not met.
6. Certification
Certification will be provided upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements. Replacement certificates may incur administration fee.
7. Website Usage
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that may damage, disable, overburden or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
8. Liability
Burgeonton Academy will take all reasonable care to deliver training to a high standard. However, we do not accept liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from your attendance on a course, except when caused by our negligence or that of our instructors.
9. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or booking of course constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
